Perkier digital photos Media Chance offers a free Digital Camera Image Enhancer Utility for Windows. This little app shows before and after image panes with some basic sliders to correct contrast, color, and detail. It even runs on Windows 2000. The preview images lack a magnification tool, and an image rotation button would be nice. But free is nicer. Friday, February 01, 2002
